Ornamental
freshwater shrimps are
spotted in many places in the world. These

little creatures that are seen in many colors.
Keeping three-four colors of
species in the in-house fish water tanks will be an added attraction. It is
said that their swift movement activate positive energy and the viewers' mind
will also be energetic. They range in terms of hardiness, so while some are
extremely difficult to keep, others need almost no care at all.

The ‘Red Cherry shrimp’, Neo-caridinadavidi is a small freshwater caridean shrimp living originally in various kinds of inland water bodies around Asian countries. This shrimp has reached several countries for ornamental use. This species does not have complicated requirements, and it is recommended for beginners. No heater is required. Feeding Red Cherry Shrimp is usually quite easy. In fact, a large colony actually makes for a great clean-up crew in harsh water. As an omnivorous species, Red Cherry Shrimp will feed on both algae and uneaten/leftover food together with some types of plant leaves.
